Payment terms for courses

Full payment is required 10 days before the start date of the course. If you have paid but cancel before the last payment date we will refund your fee less £10 admin fee. No refunds are given if you cancel after the last payment date [10 days prior to the start date] or cannot attend all or part of the course.

Please note: your place on the course is not confirmed until you have received a formal confirmation from us by email or over the telephone. Should we decline to offer you a place and you have already paid - we will refund the full fee to you. We reserve the right to decline applications and are not obliged to provide reasons for our decision.
